As for the hands, I'd rather imagine that you just go for automation, assuming that counts, if you're really aiming for a record. Smooths out a lot of the physical effort involved.

I don't think automation should count. You have to draw the line for sex with robots somewhere before it becomes too widespread.

Besides, I think any automation would turn the masturbarathon from "potentially hazardous to health" to "suicidally dangerous".
