Once again, I bought a game from the Humble Store without checking if it had a direct download or I had to use Steam to get it. Now I find I cannot even redeem the key to my Steam account without doing it through the Steam program itself - which, for the same reason I cannot play them anyway, I can't do - rather than through the email link. Fucking great...

My bday gift was my insane parents turning up at my house completely blitzed out of their minds, while my stepfather reaches psychosis levels, threatening to throw my dog from a bridge and going into detail how I apparently ruined his life (wat?), and being threatening to the point that we're gonna phone the doctors on him o_o best birthday ever.

But seriously, where's my damn cake? Rude.

Don't worry, I'm sure it was all just a surprise birthday pre-party prank. Happy birthday, by the way.

Reminds me of how my brother decided he would start a fistfight with my father on his 18th because he's a "man" now (I honest to god don't know what the fight was actually over, but my bro has control issues sometimes, so I'm guessing that was related.) He spent the night sleeping under a bridge or some shit because he was too ashamed to come home after losing. But I did have to step in before he broke dads hip or something.
