I think the dude in the middle is supposed to be a bard. something something bards something something womanizers something something crazy nymphos.

He is indeed a bard. The joke is a reference to the traditional D&D Bard method of dealing with any problem that is even vaguely female is to seduce it, and also a joke about how humans in D&D can breed with nigh anything. In one picture there's a boulder with a love heart thought bubble, a tiny stone golem girl, and the Bard protesting to his party that he has no idea how that happened.

A few of the other drawings in that range by that artist add the joke that the only female the Bard doesn't seduce is the party elf, possibly because he hasn't realised she's female. He usually gets hit for that.

Does it happen to be a LED lightbulb or something? I have one in my room and it'll ocasionaly flash lightly for no reason once or twice during the night, altough it'll never actualy turn on.
