I do enjoy Arioch's ironic death in the Tokyo Ending though.

One of the endings I never managed to get sadly. I think I only unlocked three of them. Normal, angels of destruction one (dunno their official names) and the dragon war one.

EDIT: A great way to inoculate your children against WTF moments is to let them read Greek mythology at a young age by the way. I first read some when I was 8 or 9, and just reading the genealogies of the gods inured me against shock/horror/confusion from so many things.

I have however remembered the most WTF inducing thing I've ever been exposed to though. It's a book. A horror book. Called Others. About a deformed PI, who, (spoiled for anyone who may want to read the book in future)

in the process of trying to track down a woman's missing child stumbles onto a  nursing home that is being used as a front to film deformity snuff pornos to satisfy the perversions of the home's owner, and his deceased brother, who was a severely crippled voyeur with some weird ass fetishes.

It's one of the only things I can recall actually squicking me out for a few minutes.

No, that would be their continued customer strategy, and what kind of pay their developers can expect.

EA games takes good, bright, inspirational works that come about DESPITE their efforts to destroy gaming in general, then whores them out until they die from said prostitution-- Worn out, loose old whores.

It does that by buying up studios that they see "Potential" in, then the whoring begins. The developers that used to love their craft get paid-- You guessed it-- SHIT. The customer experience becomes... You guessed it-- SHIT. and ultimately after being whored out for the last nickel, another once promising game franchise becomes shit too.

Then EA moves on to their next victim, all too eager to sell out for the money.

Depending on how far down the exploitation road the franchise is, the game may actually be good. What is ALWAYS shit, is the customer experience and the developer's lives toiling under EA's morbid flesh.

Dont get me wrong, Ubi isnt any better-- Most of those "Big publishers" have this model. Fucking locusts.


Bonus points to whoever can secure one of these giant inflatable shits, and sets it up on the roof of EA's headquarters.

Ohh you... EA isn't that bad...

Just because they did that recently with Xcom, Thief, and Syndicate in a row... it doesn't mean they will continue doing it constantly with other titles.
