Woah, that's really interesting.  I had no idea that was possible (or specifically, that it worked that way).
The person's story is inspiring, too.  It must have been confusing and awful, until one of the *prosecution's* lawyers suggested this really esoteric possibility.

If this is cheese, then what the hell have I been eating all my life? This stuff was great, and god I'm not sure I can ever look at the usual "cheese" I eat compared to this. It's like the cat swiped a peice of chicken off the plate and now can't look at dry food the same.

Cheese types are basically only similar in whats used to make them. Once you go outside the US and try some real scary cheese you realize this :v

Cheese is amazing.  Cheap cheese is a great ingredient, pepperjack is a nice snack, and sometimes I get these wedges of "asiago" that are like olive oil+rosemary infused hard cheese.  But I know that somewhere out there is *real* cheese, just waiting to be discovered.  Like wine.

I had a bison burger with goat cheese once that was worth the money I paid for it. It is the only time I've had cheese that I would describe as mouth-melting. I bit into that thing and it was like a savory nuke going off in my head. My friends thought I was drunk because I just stared at the ceiling for ten minutes after basically inhaling this thing.

Personally, I'm not a huge fan of cheeses in general, but I have to agree with MSH about goat cheese.
That is some powerful stuff.
