He got the dogs. Screamed at my mom for going into the house that she still technically owns and taking the dogs.

She screamed that all she wants is her stuff back. He screamed that she's lying and only wants to start shit and play games, "like all women do". Apparently when we moved out we gave up everything we didn't take with us.

Fucking trash.

You should definitely report the theft and ask for police intervention than trying to pursue the matter any further on your own.
