Wow...

I never thought I'd watch a children's cartoon... where a guy calls a woman a hoe.

It is it is Franken Bass Cinderella.

Mind you his exact words were meant to go over the heads of children. "What hoe indeed"

It also features a surprisingly huge pair of breasts...

I was just looking at it to see how other people did the Cinderella tale and this thing was "What the?" (also remember if your ugly you are evil)

Rankin. Rankin/Bass Productions' Cinderella.

It does look like they were somewhat fond of the occasional incredibly stacked lady as a stylistic choice.

Ok I think I found a sure fire way to find out if a remake or continuation of a show, movie, or book is bad.

If they say that the old series was "stupid" or "silly" somehow they are almost ALWAYS bad.

... Yeah? If you dislike the source material, you're not going to do it justice. That's basic common sense. :P

The grouse are thumping again. And I'm still the only one that can hear them!

Ruffled grouse, that is

"THE RUFFLED GROUSE ARE THUMPING AND ONLY I CAN HEAR THEM" sounds awfully like a stoned conspiracy theorist.

DM warping the rules to hinder us. Found out from another player.

Rules that we can't use are still being used by the DM.

DMs WILL generally fudge things, which is generally fine if it's to aid in creating fun and good story. For example, it's also common practice for DMs to fudge dice rolls (often to, for example, prevent a pc from being outright murdered by something really lame). The rules in the books are guidelines, the DM is law. LAWWWWW.
