I suspect it has more to do with what the troll himself finds "Disturbing", since he lacks any other basis from which to determine what is culturally disturbing for others.

There's a pretty strong misogynistic theme, coupled with emasculation.  I suspect that the troll has issues with women, feels inadequate as a male, and also with his own sense of sexuality-- Is probably sexually frustrated, and may harbor homosexual tendencies. (Not saying being gay is wrong, but this guy adamantly denounces homosexuality more than one would consider "normal". This is a pathology found quite frequently in ideologically/sociologically closeted homosexuals in denial, projecting self-anger on others.)

Without getting all Fruedian on the theme, I would definitely say the troll has intimacy issues, and has frustration problems.  He really should consider seeking a professional counselor.
