As for that bit there--I think the 'be yourself' part can apply in other situations. Like who you really are in other aspects that define you: abilities, attitude, personality, morals, principles...

I don't watch too much TV so pardon me if this is incredibly old but....

I just saw a commercial with the dude from machete interacting with the brady bunch, then a few minutes later it played again.  And try as hard as I can, during that replay I couldn't find any obvious use of post to make it happen.   I am confused, did they just have some people and a house that looked very very much like the brady bunch or is video editing just becoming that good?
