No, that's pretty standard that positive degrees means counter-clockwise and negative clockwise.

Some asshole sped by on the highway, going over 90 mph from my guesstimate, relative to how fast I was going and the speed in which he passed by.  The road was slightly covered with a smattering of snow dust.  (Yes, it could have been slippery)
I was hoping to see the guy up against a railing or all over a tree, but I didn't have too far to go on the highway.

When I registered to give blood, they printed my bloodtype on my card.  Maybe they will do that where you are?
