What's PIF?
We have mandatory french clases up to Grade 9 (first year of high school) if that's what you mean, but New Brunswick is the only province that identifies as billingual.

That sounds terrible. our french classes were one time block, and really basic stuff. At the end of it, I technically knew how to conjugate a bunch of verbs and use a french english dictionary like a boss. Wish I knew more french actually, since we're the capitol and all, and right next to the Quebec border, french is generally prefered by most buisnesses.
