Why did the Nazis make angry cows? Unless they planned to airdrop cows onto enemy countries to assassinate farmers or something...

It just seems counter-productive to the purpose of cows.

According to the video, they wanted a new aurochs roaming across their empty European utopia for brawny Aryan (lol) huntermens to fight in mortal combat. Or some shit. Personally I'd guess that it's because Nazi science was fucking insane.

Didn't they use a different fuel than the enemy and the dogs attacked their own tanks?

Exactly. Most German tanks were gasoline (same with most American and (I think) British tanks), while the Soviet Union used diesel. So the dog-bombs trained against Soviet tanks went to the familiar smell of diesel fuel.

The version I heard was that they trained them against damaged and mothballed Soviet tanks, thus leading to them going after the Soviet tanks.

   And the Russians.  They had some nifty/scary things
    And The Chinese.

  America, and several other nations have Psy-ops teams, both a cover version and a 'real' version.
    I shudder to think what money goes towards sometimes.
