Wait, Fox and the Hound was bad?  I remember it being really good (and sad).  Are my nostalgia goggles that clouded?

It was great. But then, I'm one of the people who had rose-tinted glasses thick enough to make me remember the Disney animated Robin Hood as good.

Probably my favourite Disney film, as far as I can remember. I liked Lady and The Tramp and The Aristocats, too... those were Disney, right?
I think I remember Fox and the Hound being good, too. Man, I need to re-watch some of these...


Anyway, I came in here to say: I just watched Red State.
And before that, Big Bad Wolves, but that was less WTF-inducing (although still a very good film!).

I erased Fox and the Hound because I cannot remember if it was boring and long with a the same boring sadness that makes Bambi a CHORE to get through (As was typical for that time).

Aristocats... I never liked but I might have to rewatch it.

But it could be worse... The #1 movie that everyone remembers as being a good movie but was quite the opposite is "The Jungle Book" anyhow.

Since as I said, just skip "Bear necessities" and "I wanna be like you" and watch as you suddenly can't stand the movie.

Mind you I am used to "Ignoring large swatchs of movies" to enjoy them. I really like Tangled... but I had to ignore the whole middle section of the movie... basically 20% of the movie was good and I had to plug my ears, close my eyes, and go "na na na na na na na" for the 80%.

The fries were nasty and lukewarm.  Sad.
The burger was soo good for a 5 minute pit stop.  I am full.  Happy.
They lied about their combo price, and charged me extra for the fries and lemonade.  $2  more.  WTF.
The music was divine.  Take a pop cassette from the early 90s and teleport it into your ears.  Happy.

Order fresh fries every time unless you see them immediately pulled from the fryer. They only have a 5-15 minute hold time on them at most places but that goes largely ignored due to waste issues and cutting costs via purposefully understaffing. If you eat at Burger King, order your food "hot". You'll get fresh food and better service, as that's an employee code for "make it fresh" and you're now  in the club.

As for the price difference, that's all in what size you order. The price on the menu is for a small, and in tiny print under it you'll find the price for the other sizes.

There are times when I'm glad I don't live in America. Quite a lot of them, actually. That doesn't happen here.

mmm, thanks for the tip.    At Mcdonalds it was said that if the cashier added 'no horseradish' you got some nightmare fuel added to your food secretly.

I never tried doing it, but their oatmeal cookies are delicious frozen

I'm not even out of High school and I know what a cassette is. Are you talking to 10 year olds or something? >_>
