In blueprints, the extra zeros indicate tolerance levels. .9 means +/- .1, .90 means +/- .01, .9000 means +/- .0001, etc.

Only if they are followed by non-zero figures, e.g. 0.90002. If it's just zeroes, they are still insignificant, 0.900000 = 0.9

No, those are sig figs. 9000 has 1 sig fig, while 2.23000 has 6, and 0.00023 has 2.

I saw gif of a transformer "transforming" in one of Michael Bays "movies".  The car literally explodes into garbage, and then the garbage flies through the air and turns into a robot.  Just awful.
