Listening to it, it sounds like "G-I-N-T-E-D-Z" to me, but I guess that's just the same Japanese accents that produced "Ei, bii, shii, dii, ii, ehu, jii!"

What they're actually saying makes sense in Japanese. Because they don't have an alphabet they have a syllabry.

It's called a dipthong, where one vowel merges into the next. you could write Giant as "Giyant". If you say that quickly it's exactly the same.
