Usually the obtuseness is funny.

Act 6 Intermission 3 is about 60000 words of obtuseness. It's almost entirely parodies of the people you see on Tumblr.

It really isn't for everyone, though. If you enjoy these 3 pages (they're not gigantic dialogs!), you'll probably enjoy at least some parts.

Hey, don't get me wrong, I loved Problem Sleuth. I even liked Homestuck in the beginning. Then it just got way too overcomplicated and introduced a ton of characters I didn't give a crap about, and then I gave up.
I tried to get back into it when I started dating a guy who was kind of obsessed with it, but I didn't get that much further when we broke up and I didn't really care about it anymore.

The trick is to go with the flow and not feel the need to obsess over shit. I have no idea where people get the idea that Homestuck is complicated. It's multiple stories connected at a few points. Keeping track that way makes it way easier.

I got tired of Homestuck at about Act 5 Part 2 because of the endless walls of text in a supposed visual medium.  It's a webcomic that simply cannot obey the very, very simple rule of Show, Don't Tell.

I also absolutely loved Problem Sleuth.

But, eh, I can see the appeal of Homestuck, it simply stopped being entertaining for me, if it still is for you, then go ahead and keep reading and having fun.
