If you're talking about people that are the same age and have no advantages over each other, sure.  When you go cross ages, incest gets INCREDIBLY creepy regardless of gender.  See: the whole Lena Dunham debacle.

I'd do the math, but there are no official statistics surrounding incestous relationships between consenting adults. Knowing that bi/gay people make up a non-insignificant percentage of the population, I would say that it is fair to assume that non-heterosexual incestous relations are not a statistical impossibility.

Still, the number of gay people isn't huge. The highest I've seen on looking through the countries is 6%, and quite a few were only around 1%

Not to mention you can usually make the computer stuff over a longer period of time. If you're, say, doing a live performance, you have to get it right in one long go.

Not to say it's easy, but it is easier.

Speaking from experience, it is easier. It's not easy, but it's easier. You can tinker with and adjust what would otherwise be a glaring error, and you're essentially a one-man ensemble (though this creates the problem of getting good-sounding samples and whatnot), you have precise control over BPM and, at least in more advanced programs, you can use the program to keep even the weirder time signatures straight, and as others mentioned, any fuckup is your and your alone.

It does, however, require you to figure out the programs themselves, and all the tricks involved in using them, so you basically have to learn a whole new instrument.
