My sides are now cruising at Warp 3. I have no idea anymore. It starts at No. 25906086 and never ends. This is the outward expression of someone who stared too long into the void.

I do think the people are exaggerating on the "incredible overpowered nature" of that stone.

Heck my last 2 encounters were tough and no real supernatural abilities of any sort were being used. Just make the game about this overpowered artifact in the hands of inexperienced adventurers.

According to later in the thread, the GM tried to take the stone away and have it made into a road. With predictable results. Most of the laughter comes from the fact that the GM is a complete fucking lunatic. Read his manifesto.

Ok... he REALLY doesn't know how some things work.

SURE you could Bomb a Minefield, but it isn't like videogames. You would have to carpet bomb that area and with mines you have no idea the area it would need.

By the by... Get to the section on diseases... See if you can spot the internal logical problem with it

Water can be collected by travelling slowly through space on the outside of the craft, as moving at the right speed collects moisture. If we design the craft right we could siphon the water in through collection points so that the water could enter the craft and be collected.

and if that isn't enough water, just get ice out of the fridge and put it in a kettle.

I was just awoken by my phone blasting the Sex Pistols at full volume. The WTF here is "Why the hell do I have the Sex Pistols on my alarm clock playlist?". I think I just had an auditory hallucination.

i've been having such "hallucinations" as long as i can remember

it doesn't play all the time but when it starts i'm not even bothering to try to stop it anymore

i have gained the power to change the tracks played, which is pretty awesome
