Darvi, its a reference. From a movie. That sorta makes fun of the internet, computers and computer literacy. Mostly because it involves a talking moose, a rodent with the ability to fly and that wears a flight helmet, and a number of east german/russian spies.

I also dont understand how its relevant. Again, see computer-illiterate foreign spies with their first experience with computers, as explained by a 14 year old, because reasons.
