The term makes me think of a cyclone made of bombs rather than a mass of cold air.

Bomb Cyclone sounds like one of the "in-production" names for HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

Because it sounds about as meaninglessly HHHHUUAUUUAAAAAHHHHHHHHH YEAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH as the rest of the fic.


I might actually use that as a name for one of my books if that's an actual thing. Fucking Bomb Cyclone!

I'm gonna blame the emotion threads for the current state of affairs. The fact that such a discussion is happening in one of them instead of some thread called "State of the Forum" or whatever is deeply disturbing.

Oh wow, I didn't think about this. I fully support the emotion threads if they've prevented the creation of even a single nauseating "State of the Forum" thread.

This right here is half the reason why the emotion threads are good. Obviously the optimistic half is what Helgoland said, but can you imagine how many inane half-assed threads there would be without them? Or how many hundreds of ["Hey look at this mildly evocative image/video/whatever I found," + half a page of comments] threads would pop up?

I've been watching this forums for about 3+ years IIRC, and there hasn't been any big changes.

Except there's much less upper-board stuff on the lower boards. No MAGMAAAAAA spam, for one.

EDIT: Also the avatars were much more annoying before. They were all green-flashy and penguin-y and stuff.

Halo's been getting worse since its inception, Koss.  2 did okay and 3 was only good for PvP over lan.  I dont know what happened after 3/wars, but nope.
