Honestly how do you people hold grudges?

I tried has hard as I could and couldn't hate someone, who did something freeken terrible to me, for more then two days.

I have this same issue, can't stay upset. So I sorta keep a tally in my head of goodvsbad that people do.

I don't hold grudges, but I remember people who are dangerous. I know that loving everyone does not necessary mean they love you back.
