That's nothing. I know a group of the most obnoxious, foul-mouthed, self-centered, dickish, intolerant 7th graders to have ever disgraced the planet.

They ride my bus.
When I was 12, I was scared of cursing, and now, WTF is wrong with the kids these days?

Ah, the public school bus. Nowhere else will you find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy.

I don't view children as human until they can be properly ashamed when their peers do something like that.

I don't view many people as human.

They're also the kind of guys who only listen to mainstream rap and only watch R-rated movies (they make a point of not watching PG-13 or under.)

I blame their parents for letting that crap slide.

There is one of them I can stand, and that's because he doesn't punctuate every other sentence with "shit", "bitch", or "fuck". (I haven't actually heard them ever use one of the lesser ones like "damn", either.)

Success, the scan-lord sees me as human.

Met person who thought the horror movie "Apollo 18" was real.

Proved fictional with quick google.

Person flips out and storms off, screaming profanities.

Wat.

Occasionally parents drop off their 8-9 yearolds at the local theater when an R-rated movie is on.

part of that is because the guy who books the movies is A) a Texas redneck and B) very, very republican.

For instance: The theater got the liveaction terrible bad day thing movie, but not The Judge. Why? Because Robert Downy Junior isint doing well in one town in Florida.

Half the shit the guy gets for the theater are A) really shit kiddie movies (boxtrolls) or B) R rated shit movies (I think the last one was some horror/psychoanalysis movie, and some dude was unlucky enough to have only that day free to take his two 7-8 yearold kids to the movies)

-edit due to frixkin ninjas-
Which one is that? The one based on the real thing or the doppelganger on the moon?

Some people have this ridiculous concept in their heads that movies are all historical documentaries and movie producers would never lie to you or use information that is invalid.

Sadly, there is no cure for such foolishness (death is an effective cure for all ailments, however. But that is bad. Bad.), and I am unclear on what causes it. It seems to affect all demographics equally.

It might be because it says it's "actual footage pieced together from the Apollo 18 moon mission".

It's an effective tactic to aid suspension of disbelief. As you can witness in that one dumbass person.

I would like to show these people Iron Sky. Just to see what happens.
