I don't know why anybody would be mad about the NoPhone kickstarter, it's hilarious. Although the fact that somebody is willing to spend $108 on a troll Kickstarter is a bit unsettling, maybe some people have that much to spend on a joke?

Earlier today, my friend was writing something on her phone using the Notes app thing. Lots of something. I tried to see what she was typing, but she kept it hidden from me. Eventually, she started giggling and congratulating herself. Curious as to why, I asked what was funny but she wouldn't say. A few minutes later, she asks me if I still wanted to know. I say yes, and she tells me that she is writing a book on her phone and had just killed her protagonist's parents.

I find that thing where you trace the words and it picks a word based on it useful. Most of the time. Some words it gets hung up on but it's still faster than tapping each individual letter.
