Then I stand by my daycare theory.  I've had a 30 minute old lv 1 treecko produce plenty of wonder trade fodder, with just a few minutes in the daycare while I rode around playing the bicycle simulator.

(as a bonus she was paired off with her father)  Pokemon is like FF7 chocobo breeding on a larger scale.

What is odd is the writers for a while were writing him as if he was growing up. There is real character development between Ash at the start (whining annoying brat) and the Ash that is now.

So I always thought he was a teen at a certain point in the series...

But then the show mentioned his age and I was like O_O

Well she looked pretty pissed about getting a negative!  I guess winning your way through the Elite 4 has its monetary perks.  Probably getting all kind of sponserships and partnerships.  'Ash-E-Oes' and 'Ketum' Sauce' and 'Choo, fragrence for Him' :P

Was there not an episode where there was some "Ash Ketchup" or something along those lines? This is thinking back 16 years or so, so I'm probably wrong.
