Also I'm wondering what my body is losing that is making my weight go down, since apparently I'm weighing around 128 lbs now. It clearly isn't my stomach fat that I'm losing, and I'm exercising more so it'd make more sense for me to gain weight from the muscle mass.

Don't worry, all that weight is just going into The Protrusion.

I hope I'm growing a tail or something.

Stomach fat isn't the only fat- you could be losing fat from other places, more gradually. I think weight does tend to fluctuate a bit naturally as well.
