Stopped for nothing.

Turned out to be one break, one sprain, and two pretty big abrasive lesions. They got me some good painkillers, but it's going to hurt for a while.

Just occurred to me...

I just got shot in the fingers by a fast-moving blunt object... I.e a dwarven crossbow bolt. That whole trope about getting shot in the pinkie making a dwarf pass out in pain is now completely understandable. I nearly passed out myself. Crossbows are inhumane.

Well, they *were* medieval weapons. Also, it seems like the plastic strip here would have a lot more force behind it than a dwarf-sized crossbow.

I'm willing to bet they didn't actually drink gasoline, though I doubt any sort of miraculous transubstantiation took place. Stage magic seems more likely, especially considering they had a flashy demonstration during which the gasoline was no longer in the main view.

That's what I thought of when I read it, and would have said as such if I wasn't late to the thread. The reason I know of it is because it is the exact material used to make Lego bricks.

So a railgun that shoots legos? Thank god it didn't hit the bottom of your foot, the pain probably would have made you burst into flames and crumble into ash. Plus or minus a lightning strike and or giant meteor.

legos do make pretty badass projectiles. Or landmines, if you design a contraption that can't survive pressure being applied from above and yields to reveal horrible pointy spikes. I'm surprised my parents never confiscated those things from me for all the times they stepped on one or I tried to make a plane and threw it off the balcony to see how far it would glide. But computer access? All the damn time.

Apparantly the crud exitting my head is some form of rash that isn't really serious, but I need to wash my face and hair more often.

I'm forming about 4 more blisters along my hands and fingers that really itch, but they say that's from the weather shifting and that it's normal.
