Um.. to spend money on an object that is now out of date, not upgradable in any fashion, has no functionality outside of a handful of suite apps present on all laptops and computers..? The tablet market is going cold, and will likely be abandoned in favor of the laptop-tablets now being produced.

What's WTF about it was the fact that the maraca player in the drum line was wearing a squirrel mask and a batman cape.

Have not played since sword of islam and figured I'd get into it again (because it is fucking awesome) but daaaaamn, that is a lot of dlc.

I found that out the hard way, I bought EU3 with all DLCs, and Vicky 2 and CK2 without any when guy at the store made what I thought to be good offer on them.
Yeah, not my smartest decision.

As far as i know, CKII has somewhere around 9 expansion-like DLC, and a bunch of handfuls of dlc-like dlc.

Quite a few of which, I am sorry to say... should be free content patches.

I like CK 2 dlc.  They kept developing the game long after release and they wouldn't do that unless it made them money somehow.

Of course. The problem is that, while the DLC isn't onerous if you've had the game since it came out and are just upgrading it periodically, it adds a monstrous expense if you come in later, unless you manage to get lucky enough to catch it during a massive sale.

The worst IMO is the DLC that is just THEM DOING THEIR DAMN JOBS that they put as DLC... When really it should have been part of free content patches.

Such as... Any of the DLC involved with different character models...

Or the DLC for the customizable character.

Say what you will, but they are still gouging you... but that is Paradox games for you.
