I decided, out of curiosity, to look into the flavoring of my preferred tea, as it has a distinct taste. That lead me to this on Wikpedia.

in one case study, a patient who consumed four liters of Earl Grey tea per day suffered muscle cramps

Considering that the standard cup of tea is around 150 ml, that's a little over 26 cups of tea a day.

I wonder, at this point, whether the cramps were caused by the caffeine, or just the sheer electrolyte imbalance.

I think we'd have to do a lot more than that if we wanted dolphins to stop hurting other animals...
