X-com, I know I installed long war mod, and then set the difficulty to classic, but right now, at this moment, my troops are surrounded by 9 separate enemies, even while I have killed three, and at this moment have completely encircled me.

Is anybody else having an issue with right clicking on any part of this web page in chrome?  Other sites occasionally do the same, which is why I think it might be chrome, but yea, I do a lot more right clicking here

Games that seem to intentionally use unintuitive systems.

One Way Heroics has things that can give you +10% or +30% item identification chance. You know what the maximum amount is in this system? 200%. The game has to mention several times that 200% is the cap because this clearly does not make intuitive sense.

If the designer had just halved all the numbers and made the cap 100%, they could have kept the system functionally identical. But in this case, everyone would pretty much instantly know the cap as soon as they saw that percent sign. It would not need to be mentioned repeatedly in the game.

There are instances a cap of 200 would make sense.

For example if items had a difficulty that lowered the percentages... or if you could somehow take penalties yourself.

None of which I am assuming are actually in the game.

Yeah, it would in that case. I think in OWH it's because you can partially identify items, so 200% is full identification of every item.

It won't fix your right-click bit, but middle-clicking (clicking the scroll wheel) will open links in new tabs automatically, without needing to open a dialog menu.
