As for the incident in question i will admit i did act a bit strongly but the basis of it was i made a statement to show how silly i thought a position was and people took it to be an attack on the person which if read literally it was i guess.

The bad thing is that he is too busy to be part of the community, but hey, nobody wants Toady One to waste his time with us here instead of coding.

Been here just a few months short of 5 years. It's been quite an experience.

The good thing about Toady One is that he doesn't really care about the drama, he's a coder, so he's less likely to be biased.
The bad thing is that he is too busy to be part of the community, but hey, nobody wants Toady One to waste his time with us here instead of coding. 

To be honest, I think Toady's detachment from the community is a benefit. It keeps him out of the drama and prevents bias in any way, and also maintains the detached and godly image we have of him.

Yeah, I've been here a while and that hasn't stopped for me yet. 2014 me thinks 2012 me was pretty dumb. 2012 me thought 2010 me was pretty dumb. 2010 me thought 2008 me was pretty dumb. I expect this to go on indefinitely.
