Cis- is a prefix that indicates there are two parts that line up with one another. In chemistry, for example, it refers to a molecule that is symmetrical either side of a double bond.

Ohh man I JUST remembered a plot for an old TV show.

Basically this Husband and Wife team basically decided that they were going to let their son run his own life.

So he and his wife start doing things and it was basically a reaction shot where our heroes didn't agree but didn't say anything.

Then the son's wife basically said "Ohh we decided we are breast feeding"

And they treat this like she is doing something terrible.

OHH BOY have times changed.

I kind of wish I know more about this time period and child reering practices so I'd know WHY it was considered bad for a woman to breast feed (as opposed to... now where it is highly HIGHLY suggest that a woman breast feed)

So all these people posting "die cis scum" every time Tumblr came up, that was just a funny coincidence?  And I wasn't implying that that term shouldn't be used, I was arguing that it should be used.  You know.  Like a lot of people on Tumblr believe.  Its one of those views that you just said doesn't have a legit argument behind it.

The only reason I dislike tumblr is the misandry and heterophobia that it is riddled with. I mention I'm straight and male and suddenly I'm blocked or ignored or hated on when they harp on and on about oppression.
