Thing is, he already made the thread, and the Wheel of Time stuff is pretty crazy stuff to try and DM it.  I'd love to myself but I'm terrible at remembering to do things like this.  I could totally help out with mechanics and some story though if DwArfy gets stuck at some point.

(Also I left my 4E book at home and would have trouble getting the mechanics converted right now anyway. >_>)

Actually it's like three or four counting the RTD I can't be bothered to go back a few pages to find, but I shall go UPDATE MOMENTARILY.

Just trying to convert the Power to a usable RPG magic system sounds rather... troublesome.

Well if you count in the fact that it's ridiculously powerful, sometimes the power can't be grasped, and wears out the user with usage you could probably make a pretty decent system of it.  There was already a thing where they said finding out new weaves were difficult, and that when you were taught a weave you had to do it exactly as you learned it, otherwise it wouldn't work (hand motions included).  Throw these in with a rolling system, possibly a scatter system, and you'd have a pretty decent way to use the Power.

Stacking debuffs the more you use it in combat, the debuffs will dissipate when you rest long enough.  Damage is large at first, when you're fresh, destruction decreases with more use/tiredness.  If you can't see you can't channel, stuff like that.  Basically I'm thinking of a free-action/reaction (with a roll) to grasp the power, from there you choose the weave you want, cast, roll to hit to see if it goes wide, roll for destructive power (plus if you're fresh, minus if you've been weaving for a while), and then with more casting you might start taking off attribute points until you rest, definitely strength and possibly endurance.

EDIT:  Also the more I type the more I realize I'm typing this all out on the WTF board, so I'll just stop that now.
