Decorations. Why?

I can't use the towels in my own bathroom because they are just for show. I can't use my own bar of soap because it's just there for decoration. I've been using it anyways.

All of my hygiene stuff is kept in a cupboard below the sink, because the sink "looks nicer that way". Is there any proper reason I can't have my toothbrush and other things on the sink itself, aside from aesthetic reasons?

Vibrating his way through the Atlantic with a pack of dedicated followers, the bespectacled, dark-haired viking brings all the cutest males found along his travels to a large sea platform off the coast of Scotland - strangely reminiscent in make of Sealand - to live on his property and take care of his goats. And his needs, when he visits, and he does visit often.
