Sounds pretty cool, I wouldn't mind visiting it one day, definitely would be a change for the people living there to suddenly have a god damn mountain in their city. One question I have though: how are they going to get enough stone, metal, or whatever they are going to build it with?

One thing is certain though, they'd have to dig out a mountain worth of material.

Again, I question the stability because it's going to be a rubble pile, not a solid mass of rock. Probably a good thing that Berlin not seismically active.

Edit: I wonder if they have taken into account how the appearance of a mountain on ground that is used to not having a mountain above it? Like how will the geology below and surroundng it behave.

The entire point of the thing was to provoke imagination and wishing for it to be true. The artist who came up with the idea never planned to actually build it, so in that sense it is as "complete" as it's ever going to be.
