When I was younger, my dad would get my step-mother to cut my hair. She used to be a professional hair-dresser.

But my mom would always freak out about it once she found out. My step-mom got eventually got fed up with dealing with my mom and to this day still refuses to cut my hair. But just now I got in shit from my mom for not asking my step-mom to cut my hair over the weekend.

I pointed out why she wouldn't cut my hair, and my mom just got more annoyed. Apparently it's my fault that she gave my step-mom shit for cutting my hair.

That's pressure applied to the diamond by water at really high speeds IIRC, the water is more or less at atmospheric pressure.
