The ending to Oldboy.
That is my dumbfounding done for today.

Oldboy is one of my favourite movies. That twist was absolutely amazing.

It was awesome. And creepy. And slightly arousing. But mostly awesome.

And delightfully Korean, too. Can't say it's one of my favorite movies, though, partly because of how extremely important the twist is. Not so much a fan of twist-based plots. But still, quite wonderful.

I saw it with a friend who'd seen the movie already. As the final scene rolled in I started to piece things together, asked him about it, he just started laughing as I started banging my head into the seat in front of mine.

You don't often get suprised by a movie like that, but when it does happen, hooo boy does it sting.

In any case, my WTF for today is seeing a commercial for a new Manga mascara by Maybelline, bound to make your eyes totally like those in anime and manga and what the fuck people actually do this shit?!?!?!

I mean, come on, first it was eyelashes that were stupidly long for not reason, then there's this shit, why?!?!?

From what I can tell, heavy make-up wearers wear make-up for the principle of wearing make-up, not because it's actually improving their looks. They wear excessively-obvious make-up so people know they're wearing make-up.
