Of course, Un will say that the doctor's adventures are based on Kim Il-sung's, but toned down, that he actually drove all the cars, but they exploded from his awesome driving skills and had to reshoot, and that the Teletubbies are to remind his people of him. Same body shape, but better haircuts.
