Just watched Gravity.
It was a good movie and all, but...
The only thing I can think of right now is:
You can call Earth a 'small' world as much as you want, but space is definitely not that small.

I had mixed feelings about that movie. Julia Roberts breathes really fucking loud. The whole time. Plus imo she is forced to do dumb things to keep her character in danger and the plot interesting. :I

I went back to watch the trailer having finished the movie itself... and it seemed tame by comparison.

I thought it was one of the worst movies, ever. No amount of 'mystique' or 'uniqueness' can save it from how inane and.. 'creative' it thinks it is. I refer to it as wannabe avant-garde, like a pale imitation of a Picasso work.

No, seriously, the exposition part in the room with the random people-as-universes-or-whatever-the-fuck? The only good part of the movie. I hate movies like Holy Mountain, if only for the fact that they're so random and think they're art because of it.

There's so many real avant-garde films that actually have something resembling substance. Holy Mountain is not one of them. You can take mushrooms and watch it and probably take in about the same amount of plot information.

I woke up, and it was exactly midnight. My left eye was crying a flood of tears for some reason, and my left nostril was running like I had a bad cold. My right eye and nostril were fine. After blowing my nose and drying my eye and going back to bed, everything was fine when I got up.

I have no idea what happened.
