It's a low tone that doesn't change either in volume nor pitch, is loudest near my room and the veranda. I suspect somebody's a/c unit is malfunctioning, but ugh... can't get to sleep

It also might be that you have an evil cult gathering in your garden. Try to make out if there are fake-Latin words.
