What happened to the legion.

I picked them and surprise surprise they have fully voiced dialogue however I'm sure you don't care

As in the dialogue sounded as if some bug in the code/not commenting out good enough left the dialogue options selectable for the 'epilogue' however as the game ends after Hoover Dam, the game put the dialogue there.

Oooor the other thing which is that the dialogue sounds like it was meant for a playable epilogue.
