Just remembered something that caught me off guard today that I want to mention before going to sleep.

During marketing class today, before our exercise in the hierarchy of needs, the teacher asked us how we think the recent scandal in Toronto may affect tourism. The obvious answer is badly, since people who've never even heard of Toronto will have their first impression of it based off of a crack-smoking, alcohol addicted mayor, and at the moment the media has been making tons of potshots at the city.

But instead, everyone basically said that any publicity is good publicity. It was practically unanimous, which I wasn't expecting.

It... there. There seems to be things dying in my attic. I'm not exactly sure what -- it's either some kind of vermin (rat/mouse/squirrel) or some kind of bird, or something they're attacking and is giving good returns on the endeavor. But it's up there, and it seems to be getting killed somehow.

Either that or they're up there screwing. Over my head. While I try to sleep. In the ceiling. There's rats in the walls and they're buggering each other, one way or another. It's hard to tell.

It's disconcerting.
