I took art for a semester, and much of the latter half was devoted to contemporary art. In that entire period, I learned enough to distinguish from "Probably not art" and "Probably art". I can recognize it when someone tells me, which puts me heads above most in this strange and exotic ritual.

one does not simply include others works in theirs work without the artist being too dead to care (as in shit, dead for a long while now, and even then it's bad form) or having permissions

goddamnit stop ask difficult questions i didn't study art i don't know if that'd be genius stupid or both it's just that art is the expressing of emotion and thought in any manner really

As long as "Why the fuck" is an immediate reaction to your stuff, followed by immediate discovery of hidden meanings where there are none, it's art and you're an artistic genius.

I'm not surprised. The Whovians are insane fanatics when it comes to trying to find the lost episodes. Your average cultists aren't as devoted. If lost tapes exist anywhere on this planet, they'll find them eventually.

I think the question is, how did it get there?

Quite simple actually. The BBC sold the episodes to Ethopia National Television; as well as other parts of the world.

And apparently, Ethiopians aren't cheapskates like the British and stored these things, rather than purging them.
