Something on my laptop is eating up my limited bandwidth, but I don't know what. I have no pages loading, no videos, and no downloads or online services that I can see. And yet something is chewing up 2 MB per minute and I can only have 10 at a time.

Get wireshark. Open up task manager and look for suspicious processes. Make sure to check show processes for all users.

26Mb. I can only use 10 at a time before I'm auto-dc'd and have to reconnect. So I'll have to try some other time >_>

Install DownThemAll, it saves download progress between sessions.
