Xantalos waited. The lights above him blinked and sparked out of the air. There were Cage in the base. He didn’t see them, but had expected them now for years. His warnings to the Crawling Chaos were not listenend to and now it was too late. Far too late for now, anyway.
Xantalos was a starsighted abomination for fourteen quadrillion years. When he was young he watched the starships and he said to daemon sultan “I want to be on the ships blind idiot god.”
Daemon Sultan said “No! You will BE KILL BY CAGE”
There was a time when he believed him. Then as he got oldered he stopped. But now in the ephemeral cavern base of Earth he knew there were Cage.
“This is Nyarlathotep” the radio crackered. “You must fight the Cage!”
So Xantalos gotted his palsma rifle and blew up the wall.
“HE GOING TO KILL US” said the Cage
“I will shoot at him” said the Cybercage and he fired the rocket missiles. Xantalos plasmaed at him and tried to blew him up. But then the ceiling fell and they were trapped and not able to kill.
“No! I must kill the Cage” he shouted
The radio said “No, Xantalos. You are the Cage”
And then Xantalos was Cage.

I think I kind of want to blame Popuri of Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town for somehow exposing me to horrifyingly drawn Farmville ads on Facebook, and I think it has something to do with stumbling across some old artwork a fan drew of her quite some time ago and after having lost said artwork almost half-a-decade ago. Also holy crap I can get copies of Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town on Amazon.com for twenty bucks. The pink-haired cutie has brought upon me a mixed back of what-the-fuckery this evening.

I'm on that mission where Liara asks you to hack terminals to find out who a Shadow Broker agent is. Observer or something. Problem is, I know that her secretary is the culprit, but I'm in a bit of a dilemma. I don't like Liara. I say this in a purely in character stance, because she's an okay person. But I never took her on any missions in the first game purely because I had to tote her around for some crackpot theory she had that just happened to be right that was explicitly based off of a hunch she had. Yes, she found out about the Reaper cycle ... but had no data to support it. And she was blaming her age on why her hypothesis was thrown out. *good job*
Anyway, I kinda ignored her for the whole game (didn't even take her to Noveria, hehe) and all was good. But then she pops up in the second game and until I see her I actually forgot who she was. Then I remembered 'oh yeah my blue handbag that I didn't want'. She explains to me that she's become a super information broker who threatens people in the same tone and sayings as Benezia (seriously, I was tempted to take the nonexistent 'biotic charge the undead Matriarch out the window' option) because she was an archeologist and archeology is exactly the same as information dealing. After a brief time raging, I did her sidequest and got XP for it, but now she gave me another one and here I am. The thing is, my Shepard's a paragon, but I'm tempted to deliberately screw Liara over just for the lulz, and because I like the Shadow Broker far far better than I ever liked Liara.

Opinions?

EDIT: Never mind, I delibrately screwed her over. Heh. She was so dissapointed.
