Converting L4D2 files 'for optimization' on Steam, icon says 'few minutes'.  It has been at least 2 hours now.  80%.

Okay, that guy from the YT comments section is apparently trying to back up the idea of an expanding Earth with the idea that gravity is caused by rotation. What is this I don't even.

Was working late last night. As I got off, a squadcar, three police ATVs, two mounted officers, and a police golf cart came tearing down the wharf. According to our watchman, someone phoned 911 with a report of a couple black guys chasing a woman. I suppose that's the only thing that will get the PD to respond quickly.  ::)

We already have three-wheeled police segways, complete with flashing lights.

Also, it was one of those "work" carts with a small bed in the back and slightly sturdier construction.

This guy well and truly thinks that if things didn't rotate then gravity wouldn't exist. And yet he doesn't seem to care when anybody explains protoplanetary disks or anything.
And yet I feel so bad for him that I can't just stop.

Nah, he has no theory. He just insists that spinning things cause gravity because of some poetic idea he has.
And he also insists that since electrons spin around atoms (they don't, but whatever) that there's no way to disprove him.
