There seems to be some sort of Japanese to English phrase book that is entirely quotes from R. Lee Ermy in full metal jacket. On one page the U.S.M.C. anime sergeant girl seems to be woken up by an anti-air missile on her house blowing up Santa Clause to which she responds

"Who is that? Who the fuck is that? Who's the slimy little communist shit twinkle-toed cocksucker down here who just signed his own death warrant?"

I found it for sale on amazon.co.jp, if you can manage that.  Searching for websites in English selling the Maritan items just got me the ... non-colorful ones.  Google "maritan drill" if you're curious.

Not really, it just indicates that the registration information for the hotel's internet is incomplete/inaccurate. Either the hotel chain or the ISP used by that specific hotel has a large office in Kansas. It's becoming less common but it happens. It used to be that mine resolved to Philadelphia(headquarters of the ISP of my ISP is there)
