Ultralights don't require licenses either, in the US. I forgot where that was made, but I assume it'd be similar. Also, you can't fly an ultralight over a congested area, so I suspect their dreams will come to naught :p

History's full of surprises, and it's incredibly terrifying just seeing how much the paths that history took relied on the smallest of actions.

For example, had a single German spy plane not been captured, the Germans would have executed their original copy-cat plan and the battle of Belgium and France would have been long and bloody - but the allies would have won, at a hefty cost. Yet the plans were changed, and the Blitzkrieg through the Ardennes happened. Then with the retreat in full swing, the BEF and the French battalions would have been destroyed had the rearguard not held off the armoured thrust. Without the miracle of Dunkirk enabled by the rearguard, Britain would have suffered a terrible defeat which could have forced surrender - and would have resulted in the Jews being sent to Madagascar to fend for themselves, and America having no landing zone leading to a unified Europe under the Nazis as they murdered Russia.
