Probably. IIRC he killed almost all of the people in his home village for almost no reason.

I couldn't agree more.

I sort of stopped reading partway through the strawman counter-arguments, and I'll not pick apart his arguments out of laziness. But I feel like... Bleh. It'd be nice to do that. Pick apart his arguments, in a well-cited, well-formatted way that avoids disparaging him or his beliefs (well, aside from the belief that D&D is teh evulz)

Mind you not all settings makes gods all that super powered, but all the standard ones do.
