Man After Man stuff

I always much preferred After Man: A Zoology of the Future. Focused on animals instead of humans, and while still outlandish had a lot less of the nutty stuff like the genetic memory and ESP from Man After Man. Also it's written more like a fieldbook or something rather than a narrative.

Also the Rabbucks and Predator Rats look cool, and I've always loved these guys, who look a bit like a Pokémon out of your nightmares. There was also a penguin that was also a whale, and a whole island of bats gone horribly wrong.

I personally have many fond memories of Expedition:Being an Account in Words and Artwork of the 2358 A.D. Voyage to Darwin IV. It's perhaps better known as the source material for the Discovery Channel special Alien Planet.

My favorites from it are the Groveback the Rimerunner, and of course the Emperor Sea Strider.

I am trying to take what I consider a DF modding molestone and add my first advanced interaction, but its failing pretty hard.  Ive searched here and on the wiki: my raw is practicly identical to someoffered, and in many cases I replaced my syndrome with anothers to no avail.  Maybe the arena hates me.  I only want to make crazed or opposedtolife dwarfs.

So one of my best friends while I was at the pool told me... Well I'm not exactly sure what she was trying to tell me.
Apparently she has some kind of ghost boyfriend that was an aquatic alien in a past life and she's having a wedding party to celebrate their wedding in their past life together...

I asked if this was a roleplay thing, but she told me this was something she believed deep down in the pit of her soul, and that this person had been haunting her for a long time now.

Oh, and apparently it's going to be a pokemon themed party.

That seems to be a similar level of crazy to a story I heard from someone about one of their previous girlfriends. There are people out there who really are that crazy. Just be glad there doesn't seem to be any extreme paranoia associated with it, as there was with the story I heard.
