I...don't think my allergies are serious enough to warrant an intentional infestation. I simply take a small, over-the-counter pill each morning, with a nasal spray as needed. The vast majority of my allergy symptoms stay away all day.

That's generally just "limit yourself to 3 or 4 of them, don't stick your hand into a bucket of a couple dozen".

You might also want to take a dose of albendazole once or twice a year to completely cleanse your system and reinfect, but that's a far less frequent "regular" and probably not actually needed.
